Chaendaer is a mountain in the Aiel Waste, overlooking Rhuidean. Aiel would meet there with ceremony to send potential clan chiefs or Wise Ones to Rhuidean. The "Peace of Rhuidean" prohibited fighting between feuding clanmembers.
